SongTrade provides market data aggregation, technical and AI-model-based analysis, alerting, and paper/live trading tools for Vietnamese, US, and cryptocurrency markets. Features available to your account depend on your subscription plan.
All signals, predictions, screeners, and analysis provided by SongTrade are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. See our Disclaimer for details. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including two-factor authentication codes, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. You may upgrade at any time, with the change taking effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Where live trading is enabled, all orders are placed directly through your connected exchange account. SongTrade does not custody funds. You are responsible for all trades executed through your account, whether initiated manually or via automated signals you have configured.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
SongTrade is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
